Jet-setters come here from all parts of the world, to bask under the sun with no cares or wears. Celebrities prefer this beach along the French Riviera because it is 100% naturist. There are many other beaches in Saint Tropez, which are referred to as clothing-optional where beach-goers can opt for naturist or more modest swimming preferences. Brigitte Bardot frolicked in this resort and started the trend of nude tanning along with Ursula Andres in the 1950s. From then on, the trend became more acceptable, especially with the French’s general tolerance for the practice.
