Where to Eat in Vegas

Some Vegas shows and attractions can really sap your energy and leave you craving for food. Replenish your hungry tummy before going off to another tiring adventure by eating at any of these top food hubs in LV. Warning: some of them may take a chunk off your wallet!

1) Alize

Located west of the Strip, Alize is nestled on top of the Palms Casino Resort. Featuring French Cuisine by Chef Andre Rochat, Alize brings the best recipes of poultry, meat and fish for a delightful dinner. Entrees range from $50 to $75.

2) Il Mulino New York

One of Vegas’ best gastronomic delights is Il Mulino New York’s prime Italian fare. Located along Caesar Palace’s Forum Shops, entrees range from $75 to $100. Just as good as its food is its very courteous waiters.

3) Andre’s at the Monte Carlo

Housed inside the Monte Carlo Hotel is Andre’s, a French restaurant again headed by Chef Andre Rochat of Alize. Its lavish interiors greatly complement its sumptuous foods, which cost anywhere from $50 to $75.

4) TWIST by Pierre Gagnaire

As Gagnaire’s only restaurant in the United States, Mandarin Oriental-based TWIST provides its diners with a stellar eating experience (since the cost of each entree is $100 above.) Must-try entrees include Gagnaire’s Foie Gras Degustation and the Three Course Tasting Menu.

5) Foundation Room

Get the best American food at Foundation Room, decked on top of the Mandalay Bay Resort. Accessible only through a private elevator, this former ‘members only’ restaurant is now open to locals and tourists every night. Food costs from $50 to $75.

6) Full Ho Chinese Cuisine

Treat your taste buds to cheap yet delicious Chinese cuisine at Full Ho, located along S. Jones Blvd. Full Ho foods are true bargains, since most are within the $8 to $12 price range.

7) Grand Lux Café

You can still dine in a casino-hotel without shelling over $20 by trying the Venetian Hotel’s Grand Lux Café. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices are affordable–given Grand Lux’s Las Vegas Blvd location–as they are all below $15.

8) Firefly on Paradise

Visit Paradise Road to get a taste of palate-tickling Latin food–at Firefly on Paradise. Its specialty is its tapas, with orders ranging from $3.50 to $10. Baby back ribs and filet mignon are available as well.

9) Memphis Championship Barbeque

Enjoy good ‘ol American food without breaking the bank at Memphis Championship Barbeque, situated along S. Rainbow Blvd. Its offers include baby back ribs (but of course), pulled pork sandwich and Memphis po’ boy, all under $10.

10) Rocco’s NY Pizzeria

Hankering for cheap Italian food? Then head to W. Charleston Blvd to get a taste of what Rocco’s NY Pizzeria has to offer. Its pizza, pasta and sandwich offers are very affordable, with prices starting at $11.
