4. Zlatni Rat
Croatia’s most-photographed beach, Zlatni Rat, features Paklina FKK. This is the naturist section, an ideal destination for German and Dutch tourists who wish to have a full-body tan. But known to naturists who flock to the Croatian Adriatic Coast, Zlatni is replete with smaller islands that are fully-naturist beaches. Day tours can be taken to the islands of Jerolim, Palmizana, and Cres; or across a bridge to Koverzada. Naturist beaches and facilities can be easily spotted with the sign FKK to their name. It is short for Freikorperkultur (Free Body Culture, in German).
